In this series "Quick Instructions", as the name suggests I jot down the ingredients and the procedure so it's easier to follow.

INGREDIENTS:
For the chicken filling
Baked chicken breasts - 2pcs
Ginger paste - 2 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 0.5 tsp
Yogurt - 2 tsp
For the sauce:
Yogurt - 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Dried or fresh parsley - 1 tsp (you can use any other green herbs)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Chop up the baked chicken breasts
In a pan, smear some oil and add the chicken pieces.
Fry the chicken for about 3 minutes in medium heat.
Add the ginger paste and yogurt.
Next add in the the seasoning: salt to taste, cumin powder, garam masala, paprika.
Once, everything is well incorporated, turn off the heat and prepare the sauce.
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together and garlic sauce is ready to served.
Lightly heat a tortilla and smear some of the garlic sauce.
Layer the chicken, lettuce and some cucumber, or any greens of your choice.
Simple and easy chicken wrap ready to serve.
